Worship Council

Cadmore End Worship Council

 

We are very pleased to introduce our newly formed school Worship Council.

 This Worship Council will form a very important part of Collective Worship at Cadmore.

 

The Worship Council have a variety of jobs that include: 

  •  Helping to lead whole school Collective Worship alongside Mrs Baird and Mrs Groom.
  • Taking responsibility for the entry music whilst all the classes come into the hall.
  • Operating the Laptop slides and songs.
  • Opening and closing Collective Worship time.
  • Reading from the bible and leading prayers.
  • Helping with special events Harvest, Christmas and Easter.
  • As we move forward, the Worship Council will begin to choose the songs used in collective worship and the themes for Collective Worship.
  • Monitor the prayer area.
  • Meet with Mrs Baird RE and Worship lead.
  • Use pupil voice questionnaires with classes, report, and discuss their findings in Worship Council meetings.
  • Suggest and plan future Collective Worship events.
